With over 8 years of experience in fitness and movement, Katlyn blends Pilates, Lagree, Barre, with mindful strength training into classes that are both challenging and approachable. Her background in fitness, combined with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science and certification as a Holistic Nutrition Coach, allows her to bring an intentional, full-body approach to wellness that supports strength, energy, and longevity in everyday life.

Katlyn understands that every woman walks into class with a different relationship to movement, confidence, and self-image. That’s why Sculpt Series is designed to feel welcoming, uplifting, and free from body shame, a space where women can move because it feels good, not because they are trying to become someone else.

Her classes are designed to leave clients feeling energized, capable, and stronger both physically and mentally.
